Visits are welcome via appointment only. Please note that walk-ins are not allowed as only warehouse staff is on premises. Feel free to call, email or message us on social media to book an appointment.

Yes, once your order is ready a member of our staff will be in contact to schedule a time.

Orders placed before 2:00 pm will be dispatched the same day.

Orders can be picked up, sent via standard parcel or express parcel delivery.

We currently only ship within Australia & to New Zealand. If you would like to make a purchase from another country please send us your order qty's and we will provide a quote on shipping.

After checking the tracking number provided, please contact us and we'll guide you or follow up with Australia Post to clear any uncertainty.

Reach out to us via phone, email or social media with the necessary photo evidence so we can claim the loss from Australia Post. In the meantime your order will be dispatched again to not keep you waiting.
