At Barber Bazaar, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible while providing reliable and affordable shipping throughout Australia.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
• Orders placed before 1:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), are generally dispatched the same business day.
• Orders placed after 1:00pm, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times only and are provided by our shipping carriers. Delays may occur due to weather events, peak periods, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on retail orders over $50 AUD delivered within Australia.

Please note: Free shipping does not apply to Trade, Wholesale or Commercial account holders. Shipping charges for these accounts are calculated separately based on order weight, destination and freight requirements.

Free shipping promotions may also exclude oversized, bulky or heavy items.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available at checkout for customers requiring faster delivery. Additional charges apply.

Signature on Delivery & Authority to Leave

Most orders are sent with Signature on Delivery for added security.

If you request Authority to Leave (ATL), Barber Bazaar cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before completing their order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to Barber Bazaar, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost, delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and keep you updated throughout the process.

For damaged deliveries, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and include photographs of the packaging and damaged items where possible.

New Zealand Shipping

We proudly ship to New Zealand.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post International services and include tracking.

Please note:

• Delivery times vary depending on your location.
• Customs duties, GST, import taxes or other government charges imposed by New Zealand authorities are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
• Some dangerous goods or aerosol products may not be eligible for international shipping.

Oversized & Bulky Items

Some products, including barber chairs, salon furniture and other oversized items, may require specialised freight services.

Where additional freight charges apply, our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm the shipping cost.
