Specially formulated for use with Wella Perform Perm Curl lotions, the neutraliser helps stabilise the newly formed curl structure for reliable, consistent salon results.

Directions for Use:
After completing the perm development process, rinse the hair thoroughly with warm water for approximately 3 minutes and blot away excess moisture. Shake the neutraliser well before use.
Apply approximately two-thirds of the neutraliser to the hair while still on the rods and leave for 5 minutes. Remove the rods, apply the remaining neutraliser and leave for a further 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and finish with an appropriate conditioner or post-treatment.
